Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.

Shipping Times

Since we work with global suppliers, shipping times can vary.
Estimated delivery time for most orders is 3-5 business days, depending on your location and the product ordered.
These are estimates and not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Some carriers may take 2 to 5 days to update the tracking details.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Ember is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately at contactember.in@gmail.com
If the order has not shipped yet, we will try to correct the address. If it has already shipped, we cannot make changes.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is shipped, it is in the possession of the carrier. Ember is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at contactember.in@gmail.com and we will help you resolve the issue.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Ember is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged on international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Not Updating

Tracking updates may be delayed during international transit. This is normal and does not mean the package is lost. If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost to you.
