Replacement Policy

We offer a 2 day replacement period. You have 2 days from the date you receive your item to request a replacement.

To qualify for a replacement, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received. It must be unworn or unused, have all original tags, and be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

NOTE: To qualify for a replacement, you must shoot an unboxing video of the parcel when you receive it. In case you are unable to provide an unboxing video, you will not be eligible for replacement.

To start a replacement, contact us at contactember.in@gmail.com If your replacement is approved, we will send you a replacement shipping label along with instructions on how to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to resolve it.


NOTE: To qualify for a replacement, you must shoot an unboxing video of the parcel when you receive it. In case you are unable to provide an unboxing video, your parcel will be considered as an undamaged product and you will not be eligible for a replacement.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, return the original item and place a separate order once the return has been accepted.

Cancellation Policy

You may request an order cancellation within 1 day (24 hours) of placing your order, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
After 1 day or once the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

To request a cancellation, contact us at contactember.in@gmail.com with your order details. If your cancellation is approved within the allowed time, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
